The Salton Sea Region of Southern California offers a stunning array of geological phenomena. Crystal Cove State Park is a great place to explore the coastal geology and marine ecology of Southern California. On this day trip, students will hike along the coast from the park's Historic District to the tidepools, learning about geology, ecology and sustainability along the way.
